Policy: Cancellation or date changes made later than 15 days (45 days for Christmas and New Year's holiday periods - 30 days for all other holiday periods) prior to arrival will result in a loss of all payments made or due to be made. If we are unable to re-rent the property after your cancellation, you will be entitled to a refund of only the cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property after your cancellation for any portion of your cancelled stay dates, you will be entitled to a refund of your cleaning fee and the portion of the rental amount we are able to recover with the re-renting of the property for the same dates.
Fees: Cancellation or date changes made prior to 15 days (45 days for Christmas and New Year's holiday periods - 30 days for all other holiday periods) will result in the loss of the booking fee and 5% of the rental amount (10% of the rental amount for holiday bookings).
We reserve the right to cancel reservations for any reason within the first 48 hours of booking or at any time prior to arrival in the event a property becomes unavailable for any reason.
