Cancellation or date changes made later than 15 days (45 days for Christmas and New Year's - 30 days for all other holidays) prior to arrival will result in a loss of all payments made or due to be made. If we are unable to re-rent the property after your cancellation, you will be refunded the cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property after your cancellation, you will be entitled to a refund of your cleaning fee and any portion of the rental amount we are able to recover with the re-renting.
Cancellation or date changes made prior to 15 days (45 days for Christmas and New Year's - 30 days for all other holidays) will result in the loss of the booking fee and 5% of the rental amount (10% of the rental amount for holiday bookings).
