Key Pick-Up

You will check in and pick up keys at BIG BEAR GETAWAY located at 816 W. Big Bear Blvd. Big Bear City, CA., 92314.

Check-in and key pick up must be by the person named on the reservation and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with matching Photo I.D.

Please contact us if you have questions.(Specific arrangements need to be made in advance with our office and a $15 fee will apply if we are able to authorize and do arrange for another party other than the cardholder/reservation holder to check in and pick-up keys).

Our office is open 7 days a week

EVERYDAY (Saturday thru Thursday)   9:00AM until 7:00PM and FRIDAYS 9:00AM until 9:00PM.

Please note the person whose name is on the reservation and credit card is the one that must pick up the keys, with appropriate photo I.D. and the credit card used. At check-in you will be provided a map to the cabin.

Important Information: After hours Key Pick-Up: If you are not arriving during our office hours stated above, please let us know in advance if you are able. When you arrive after our office hours, you will not be able to pick up your keys at our office. After office hours, your keys will be made available for pick up at All Protection Alarm at 41937 Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. They are open 24 hours. There is a $15.00 service charge that will be billed to your credit card for check-ins after our regular office hours. After hours key pick up is automatically arranged after office hours if we have not heard from you - but is only for all reservations that have been fully paid for in advance. Please note: If any payments or payment arrangements need to be handled upon your arrival after our regular office hours, there will be an additional fee to have our staff meet you as All Protection does not handle any payments - only check-in and key pick-up.
