Our philosophy is simple... we offer a beautiful house at a reasonable rate, and our guests come back again and again.

Season	Friday - Sunday	Monday - Thursday
Spring (Apr 12 - June 15)	$690 per night	$345 per night
Summer (June 16 - Sept 8)	$890 per night	$445 per night
Fall (Sep 9 - Nov 23)	$690 per night	$345 per night
Ski Season (Nov 24 - Apr 11)	$790 per night	$395 per night

Cleaning fee is $140 for your stay.

City resort taxes and fees - 11%

Christmas: (12/20/2010 - 12/26/2010): $990 per night.

New Years: (12/27/2010 - 1/2/2011): $1040 per night.

Other holidays: Weekend rate plus an $100 per night premium applies.

MidWeek Specials!: Very low mid-week rates plus mid-week special - stay 4 nights but pay for 3 (valid Monday thru Thursday nights only - not valid over holiday periods)
