Cleaning fee is $85 for your stay.
The city now requires us to collect the 6% TOT tax on the total amount of rent and all other fees.
Spring Special:
Pay for 2 nights and get 1 night FREE (excludes holidays).
Full-week stay:
20% Discount for full-week stay (excludes holidays).
Christmas:
(12/17/2007 - 12/26/2007): $540 per night.
New Years:
(12/27/2007 - 1/1/2008): $630 per night.
Other holidays:
Weekend rate plus a $50 ($100 for July 4th weekend) per night premium applies.
There is a $35 booking fee on all of our cabins.
