Our philosophy is simple... we offer a beautiful cabin at a reasonable rate, and our guests come back again and again.

Season	Friday - Sunday	Monday - Thursday
Spring (Apr 14 - June 14)	$490 per night	$400 per night
Summer (June 13 - Sep 4)	$590 per night	$500 per night
Fall (Sep 5 - Nov 18)	$490 per night	$400 per night
Ski Season (Nov 19 - Apr 13)	$840 per night	$740 per night

Cleaning fee is $145 for your stay.

The city now requires us to collect the 6% TOT tax on the total amount of rent and all other fees.

Spring Special: Pay for 2 nights and get 1 night FREE (excludes holidays).

Full-week stay: 20% Discount for full-week stay (excludes holidays).
Christmas: (12/17/2007 - 12/26/2007): $1090 per night.

New Years: (12/27/2007 - 1/1/2008): $1390 per night.

Other holidays: Weekend rate plus a $100 ($200 for July 4th weekend) per night premium applies.

There is a $35 booking fee on all of our cabins.
