Our philosophy is simple... we offer a beautiful cabin at a reasonable rate, and our guests come back again and again.

Season	Friday - Sunday	Monday - Thursday
Spring (Apr 14 - June 12)	$160 per night	$120 per night
Summer (June 13 - Sep 4)	$250 per night	$200 per night
Fall (Sep 5 - Nov 18)	$160 per night	$120 per night
Ski Season (Nov 19 - Apr 13)	$190 per night	$140 per night

Cleaning fee is $80 for your stay.

City resort taxes and fees - 11%

Spring Special: Pay for 2 nights and get 1 night FREE (excludes holidays).

Full-week stay: 20% Discount for full-week stay (excludes holidays).
Christmas: (12/20/2010 - 12/26/2010): $290 per night.

New Years: (12/27/2010 - 1/2/2011): $340 per night.

Other holidays: Weekend rate plus a $50 ($100 for July 4th weekend) per night premium applies.

There is a $40 booking fee on all of our cabins.
