Our philosophy is simple... we offer a beautiful house at a reasonable rate, and our guests come back again and again.

Season	Friday - Sunday	Monday - Thursday
Spring (Apr 12 - June 15)	$200 per night	$140 per night
Summer (June 16 - Sept 8)	$220/$250* per night	$160/$190* per night
Fall (Sep 9 - Nov 23)	$200 per night	$140 per night
Ski Season (Nov 24 - Apr 11)	$390 per night	$300 per night

* Higher Summer rates effective with hot tub coming in July!

Cleaning fee is $95 for your stay.

City resort taxes and fees - 11%

Spring Special: Pay for 2 nights and get 1 night FREE (excludes holidays).

Full-week stay: 20% Discount for full-week stay (excludes holidays).
Christmas: (12/20/2010 - 12/26/2010): $490 per night.

New Years: (12/27/2010 - 1/2/2011): $540 per night.

Other holidays: Weekend rate plus a $50 per night premium applies.

There is a $40 booking fee on all of our cabins.
