- Cancellation (or Date changes) made later than 14 days (30 days for all holidays) prior to
arrival date will result in a loss of all payments made or due to be made less only the
cleaning fee and any rent received if we are able to re-rent the property.
Inclement weather does NOT void this cancellation policy.
- Check in/out: 3:00 pm check-in and 11:00 am check-out,
unless other arrangements have been made. Early check-ins or late check-outs without prior approval may result in additional charges.
- Damages: Any damages to the property, or "extraordinary" cleaning fees
will be charged to your credit card.
- Smoking: All of our properties are NON-SMOKING homes. You may smoke
on the deck. Smoking inside home will result in a $250.00 fine.
- All properties are subject to a non-refundable $35 booking fee.
