We accept Mastercard and Visa and must have a valid credit card on file regardless of payment method. We require a downpayment equal to the nightly rate rounded up to the nearest $100 to make a reservation.
On certain holidays payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Otherwise the balance is charged to the credit card on file 1-3 business days prior to arrival.
If you pay the balance due by check it must be RECEIVED by us at least 14 days prior to your arrival.
We will accept cash payments upon arrival during
normal office hours. If you do not arrive prior to closing time your credit card on file will be charged unless prior express arrangements have been made.
We may at our sole discretion accept cash payments after normal office hours in which case there will be an additional fee of $50 for the
first 1/2 hour and $25 for each additional 1/2 hour based on the time the transaction is completed. If in our sole discretion we determine it is not
feasible to make special arrangements to receive cash after normal business hours and we cannot for any reason charge the balance to your credit card on file
you may pick up the keys when the office reopens but you shall remain responsible for all amounts due for the rental.
- Cancellation (or Date changes) made later than 14 days (30 days for all holidays) prior to
arrival date will result in a loss of all payments made or due to be made less only the
cleaning fee and any rent received if we are able to re-rent the property.
Inclement weather does NOT void this cancellation policy.
- Check in/out: 3:00 pm check-in and 11:00 am check-out, and over holiday periods, 4:00 check-in and 10:00 am check-out
unless other arrangements have been made. Early check-ins or late check-outs without prior approval may result in additional charges.
- Damages: Any damages to the property, or "extraordinary" cleaning fees
will be charged to your credit card as additional rental fees.
- Smoking: All of our properties are NON-SMOKING homes. You may smoke
outside. Smoking inside home will result in a $250.00 fine.
- All bookings are subject to a non-refundable $40 booking fee.
- Some of our properties have minimum
stay requirements during weekends and holiday periods. In some instances we may be able to reduce minimum stay requirements by adding a surcharge (to be
determined at the time of booking). These charges will be included in the total rent.
- We reserve the right to cancel reservations for any reason within the first 48 hours of booking or at any time prior to arrival in the
event a property becomes unavailable for any reason.
