The first bedroom offers a King bed and has its own flat panel TV while the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and its own flat panel Cable TV. You'll find the sofa in the living room is a Queen sleeper, and the futon in the sunroom also turns into a bed, so you can comfortably sleep up to 6 people and allow everyone their privacy. The newly remodeled full bathroom features granite counters and a glass-enclosed shower.
Location, Location, Location! This home is centrally located and less than 10 minutes away from Bear Mountain, Snow Summit and the Village of Big Bear Lake. Our small local airport is just a few blocks away - not busy or loud enough to interrupt this peaceful setting - but lots of fun now and then to see a private plane or a small vintage airplane. Perfect for the pilot who wants to fly directly into Big Bear. The nearest boat launching facility and our Discovery Center are less than 5 minutes away. Take advantage and walk.. you are within walking distance of the lake, the Alpine Pedal Path, the Convention Center .. something is usually happening there year round, and Oktoberfest is held there each year .. or in the winter walk to Big Bear Snow Play - all are less than 1/3 of a mile - so you won't have to worry about parking!
