This spacious multi-level mountain home offers great privacy.
It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is 3 blocks
from the lake, and is close to the Village and Snow Summit.
The beautiful stonework and lots of wood inside will give you
that true "mountaintop" experience. The downstairs living area with a large
stone fireplace, wetbar, a foosball table and plenty of seating will be a
natural gathering place. Just a few steps up there is an open, bright parlor area
with lots more seating.
The kitchen is "open" and bright. Adjacent to that is a
nice formal dining area.
This cabin is fully furnished with the conveniences of a microwave,
gas stove/oven, large refrigerator,
cable TV, CD/Stereo, VCR, DVD, washer/dryer (available upon request for longer stays),
cooking utensils,
dishes, silverware, coffee maker, blender, sheets, towels, and phone.
- 3 Comfortable Bedrooms & 2.5 Bathrooms
The master bedroom suite has a California king-size bed,
a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub, phone, cable TV
and its own fireplace. This room alone is larger than some
of the "cabins" in Big Bear.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and cable TV
The third bedroom has a double/single bunkbed, a double bed and a crib.
The loft area has a comfortable sleeper sofa. And another comfortable sleeper sofa
in the downstairs living room provides the sleeping for up to 13 people in five separate
sleeping areas.
- Large Spa Room with Hot Tub and Game Table
You will enjoy the large hot-tub in the spacious and private spa room.
With the skylights and windows wrapping all around you'll feel like you are outside,
but won't be at the mercy of the weather. There is also a game table for all you card players.
- Deck With A View and Large Back Yard
There is a large deck wrapping around the side and back of the house,
giving you lots of privacy.
There is a picnic table and you can enjoy a barbeque or just relax and watch
the squirrels playing amongst all the trees. And the large backyard has a horseshoe pit.
- Plenty of Parking
With both regular and circular driveways there is plenty of parking
for up to four cars. And best of all, its flat so you won't have to worry about slipping
and sliding in the snow!
