Our philosophy is simple... we offer a beautiful house at a reasonable rate, and our guests come back again and again.

Season	Friday - Sunday	Monday - Thursday
Spring (Apr 12 - June 15)	$290 per night	$230 per night
Summer (June 16 - Sept 8)	$340 per night	$280 per night
Fall (Sep 9 - Nov 23)	$290 per night	$230 per night
Ski Season (Nov 24 - Apr 11)	$580 per night	$480 per night

Cleaning fee is $95 for your stay.

City resort taxes and fees - 11%

Christmas: (12/20/2010 - 12/26/2010): $690 per night.

New Years: (12/27/2010 - 1/2/2011): $740 per night.

Other holidays: Weekend rate plus a $50 per night premium applies.

There is a $40 booking fee on all of our cabins.
