Our philosophy is simple... we offer a beautiful house at a reasonable rate, and our guests come back again and again.

Season	Friday - Sunday	Monday - Thursday
Spring (Apr 12 - June 15)	$360 per night	$280 per night
Summer (June 16 - Sept 8)	$410 per night	$330 per night
Fall (Sep 9 - Nov 23)	$360 per night	$280 per night
Ski Season (Nov 24 - Apr 11)	$760 per night	$660 per night

Cleaning fee is $150 for your stay.

City resort taxes and fees - 9.5% (11.0% after 12-31-09)

Spring Special: Pay for 2 nights and get 1 night FREE (excludes holidays).

Full-week stay: 20% Discount for full-week stay (excludes holidays).
Christmas: (12/21/2009 - 12/27/2009): $990 per night.

New Years: (12/28/2009 - 1/3/2010): $1090 per night.

Other holidays: Weekend rate plus an $100 per night premium applies.

There is a $40 booking fee on all of our cabins.
