The Pines Lakefront
The Pines Lakefront restaurant has a commanding view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Guests can relax on the new garden patio area with its shade pergola that affords an unobstructed view of the lake. Teppanyaki and Sushi is served at the Fuji Japanese Cuisine restaurant in Big Bear Lake. This is the place for a delightful party of friends or family to gather around the teppanyaki. Teppanyaki is a type of Japanese cuisine made famous by the Benihana restaurant chain that uses an iron or stainless steel griddle to cook food. At Fuji, the large teppans, including the surrounding counter from which diners eat, can seat as many as 16 people, allowing the diners to sit comfortably while watching the chef prepare their meal on the grill in front of them. While demonstrating his skill, the teppanyaki chef also performs a show for the customers, especially with the flaming volcano.
