This cabin is cute and spacious at the same time. There is ample space for 6 people upstairs and another 2 downstairs. The open floor plan setting in the kitchen/dining area allows for fun family time with games at the huge wooden dining table. The cute spiral staircase leading upstairs with unique open walkways adds to the charm.

HOT TUB and OUTDOORS: You will have plenty to do at this cabin. Enjoy the perfect winter experience with the forest right at your doorstep, where you can sled in what feels like your own little ski slope right there. After a long day playing outdoors, soak up in the hot tub on the back deck, with snow covered trees around and starry skies above. On sunny days take a hike or just sit back on the deck and enjoy!

The location of this cabin is ideal. Walking distance to Bear Mountain Ski Resort. The golf course and zoo are just around the corner (maybe a 3 minute drive) and just 5 to 10 minutes to the Village, restaurants and shopping. This is a year round retreat! You can't beat the location and the amazing backyard with your own hiking trails!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking up your favorite meal and has been remodeled with granite counter tops and new flooring. All the windows in this home have new blinds. This home is very unique and has lots of Big Bear charm! It's clean and newly remodeled! And the pricing is great!

The living room is open and decorated with lots of Big Bear charm. Includes a 40" flat screen TV, Cable, wood burning fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating.

The Master bedroom is located on the main floor and includes a queen bed, flat screen TV with cable, private door to back deck with hot tub and an electric Fireplace. Just off the room there is a full bathroom.

2nd and 3rd bedroom are located upstairs in the loft area. The first section of the loft includes a queen bed and a door for privacy to the other room. The 3rd bedroom is right next to the 2nd bedroom and includes a queen bed and 2 twin beds. This is great for a couple and 2 kids. This cabin will sleep up to 6 adults and 2 kids, giving you a total of 8 with small children.

The bathrooms have been fully remodeled and are clean and very functional.

Washer and Dryer - Enjoy the convenience of a full size washer and dryer during your stay. We provide the laundry detergent.

Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.

A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy allowed. No Over Occupancy.
