Tucked away in the beautiful mountains in Moonridge this home is close to skiing, boating, fishing, hiking, golfing and everything Big Bear has to offer. With a charming living room featuring wood vaulted ceiling, wood burning fireplace, Smart TV and Cable, mountain and treed views, and a large size deck right off the living room, with a propane BBQ and plenty of seating. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with new appliances and is fullly equipped to make a family dinner. This home has such a warm and cozy mountain feel. This is a split level home. The bedrooms and one full bathroom are located downstairs and the living room, kitchen and 2nd full size bath are upstairs.

The bedrooms are located downstairs. The master bedroom features a Queen bed and Smart TV and is very warm and cozy. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin over queen bunk bed, it is large and also has an air hockey table, dart board and cable TV. There is a full size bathroom on this level that has been fully remodelled. Very clean and cozy.

It’s less than 10 minutes from Snow Summit Ski Resort (including the sky chair in Spring, Summer and Fall) and our shopping centers for all your shopping needs. And in about 10 minutes you will be at Big Bear Lake, Big Bear Village, Big Bear City for antique shopping, and both of our snow-play places.
