Located on the north side of the lake in Fawnskin, this charming home offers the most sought after views while staying close to everything Big Bear Valley has to offer. The lake is just down the street and within walking distance to Captains John's Marina boat rentals and just a short drive to North Shore Cafe, local Fawnskin shops and the Discovery Center and the Observatory. You are approximately 10 minutes to Snow Summit and 14 minutes from Bear Mountain. Enjoy nearby Big Bear Snow Play with the kids just 5 miles away and visit the Village shops and restaurants just 7 miles away. This getaway is convenient to everything while offering you a peaceful mountain atmosphere overlooking our beautiful lake and mountains.

As you enter the home on the main level there are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, a den/game room area and an entry way for sleeping. The 1st and 2nd bedroom each offer a queen size bed, the den has a queen sleeper sofa, foosball table, 32" Smart TV and the entry way has a twin sleeper sofa. This will sleep up to 6 or 7 people. There is also a full size bathroom on this level. Upstairs are the other 2 bedrooms, which includes the master bedroom which has a king size bed, 32" Smart TV, and a jack and jill bathroom, with jacuzzi tub that is shared with the 4th bedroom, which offers a queen size bed (sleeping for 4 upstairs).
