Located in the secluded and desirable Fawnskin area of Big Bear, and just minutes from The Village and the Slopes, this gorgeous 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath home boasts two kitchens, three living rooms, three fireplaces, and a game room. Your guests will have so much fun, they may not even leave the lodge.
Living Spaces - Three spacious living rooms, vaulted ceilings, dining tables for sharing meals together or playing games, bar seating, three beautiful wood burning fireplaces (first and second level have gas option as well), and plenty of comfortable furnishings for lounging.
2 Kitchens - Preparing meals will be a breeze with brand-new stainless steel appliances and sleek granite countertops. Enjoy amenities like a wine fridge, ice dispenser, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and a gas BBQ.
Bedrooms - After a long day on the lake, or exploring The Village, sleep will come easy. When it is time to call it a night, guests can have their choice of 5 comfortable bedrooms.
Upstairs: primary suite has a king bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, large smart TV, private bath, and deck
Main level: bedroom 2 has a queen bed with deck access / bedroom 3 has a queen bed
Game room and upstairs living room both have a twin bed with trundle
Lower Level: Bedroom 4 has a queen bed/ Bedroom 5 has a queen bed with deck access.
Game room - Still have some energy to burn after an adventure-filled day? Challenge your friends or family to a friendly (or competitive!) game of ping pong, or foosball. The home also offers cable with streaming apps as well as fast WiFi - perfect for a movie night or watching a big game.
Outdoors - Enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine from several large decks with patio furniture. After a long day on the Slopes, Trails, or the Lake, decompress in the large newly installed hot tub. There is also a sweet Adirondack swing - a perfect spot to relax with a book.
Amenities - Onsite washer/dryer located in the garage. Traveling with any kiddos? The home provides a crib. Working remotely or need to check your email before hitting the trails or slopes? There is a lovely desk area upstairs with views of the lake. 3-car driveway and 2-car garage - ideal for larger groups!
